At Hira Zain, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch, but if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We offer exchange only (no refunds) under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
It must be returned in its original packaging (including box and tags).
The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept exchanges for:
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or stains.
Products purchased on sale, discount, or clearance.
Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
To request an exchange:
Contact us at support@hirazain.com or WhatsApp us at +92 XXX XXXXXXX within 7 days of receiving your order.
Mention your order number, product name, and reason for exchange.
Our team will confirm the availability of your desired size or style.
Once approved, please send the product back to our return address (shared via email/WhatsApp).
After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll ship your replacement product.
If the exchange is due to a size issue or personal preference, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
If the item received is defective or wrong, Hira Zain will cover all shipping costs.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a free replacement after verification.
Currently, Hira Zain does not offer refunds. Exchanges are available for eligible items only.
