1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2 – 4 business days

  • Other Cities / Towns: 3 – 7 business days

  • Delivery times may vary slightly during sales seasons, promotions, or unexpected courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above PKR 2,500.

  • For orders below PKR 2,500, a flat rate of PKR 250 will be charged at checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure your contact number and address are correct to avoid delivery issues.

  • The courier may call before attempting delivery.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

  • You can track your parcel through our courier partner’s website using this number.

6. Delays & Issues

  • Hira Zain is not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or incorrect shipping information.

  • If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, please contact our support team for assistance.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.

  • International shipping will be introduced soon — stay tuned for updates!
